Thank you for supporting Stuart Farmstead! Every order helps support our family’s farm, welding shop, and the content we create.

Processing Times

Apparel

· Most apparel is made to order.

· Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

· During holidays, new product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Handmade Welding Artwork

· Each welded piece is handcrafted, making every item unique.

· Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, Stuart Farmstead is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both apparel and handmade welding artwork, your items will ship separately to ensure they arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order or handcrafted, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

· Ordering the wrong size

· Changing your mind

· Color preference

· Buyer error

· Any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please CONFIRM your shipping address before placing your order. Stuart Farmstead is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Product Variations

Because our apparel is printed to order and our welding artwork is handcrafted, slight variations may occur from one item to another. Minor differences in color, print placement, fabric texture, weld patterns, finish, patina, or other handmade characteristics are a normal part of the production process and make each piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We strive to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions, but colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
